From 11th November 2019 the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 will apply to all Registered Social Landlords in Scotland in respect of certain functions. The Association has adopted the Scottish Information Commissioners Model Publication Scheme and produced a Guide to Information that we routinely make available. Further details can be found here.
