The Association is a not for profit organisation and any surpluses that we make are reinvested in our stock. We have a planned maintenance programme that covers the life cycle of the key components of our tenanted properties and the common areas of our factored properties. These are updated regularly and factored into our 30 year financial projections to ensure that the Association will have sufficient resources in the future to fund our planned maintenance programme. In addition we have a cyclical maintenance programme that covers gas servicing, electrical inspections, roof inspections and gutter cleaning and the decoration of common areas.

The Association subscribes to the EVH Landlord Safety manual which ensures that we have in place policies and procedures that address all of the safety risks in our tenanted properties such as legionella and asbestos management.

The Association has a procurement policy which outlines the procedures which we will follow for reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance contracts. A new Procurement Policy has been drafted and will be presented to the Management Committee for approval. This will be uploaded once approved. In the meantime, if you have any queries please get in touch.
